Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully.  By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile applications, websites, or other products or services ("Services") of SyntaxLAMP and our affiliates ("SyntaxLAMP", "we", or "us"),  you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Our Audience
SyntaxLAMP is intended for people who are at least 18 years old.  Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using or creating SyntaxLAMP accounts.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.
The SyntaxLAMP Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.  By accepting these Terms, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of information through the Services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
User Content/Message Content
The Services allow users to upload, post, transmit, and store content including, but not limited to, text, images, video hyperlinks, user names, or other content ("user content").  Primarily, SyntaxLAMP is intended for the purpose of sharing content with other users.  You are solely responsible for all User Content that you create, transmit, or store with our Services.
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.  However, by submitting User Content to SyntaxLAMP, you hereby grant us an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, create derivate works from, distribute, perform, promote, exhibit, and display such User Content in any and all media and distribution methods.
You warrant that all content you submit to us through our Services belongs to you and that you have full permission to distribute, transfer, and publish the content.
Message Risk and Integrity
You accept all risk and liability from using the Services including sending and receiving messages with other users.  Accepting receipt of messages from other users may pose a risk to you as malicious files could infect your device.  You agree that we are not liable or responsible for any harm, damage, or consequence of using our Services.
You agree and accept that we are not responsible or liable for garbled, lost, missing, partial, incorrect, undelivered, deleted, infected, or intercepted messages.  You agree to bear the full risk and liability of use of our services.
 We disclaim any warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the security and encryption through the use of our Services.  You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any faulty, broken, insecure, poorly implemented, or otherwise imperfect encryption and decryption techniques and protocols - whether or not we or 3rd parties developed the protocol in-question.
Prohibited Use
In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you agree that you will NOT:
  1. Use the Services for any illegal purpose;
  2. Use the Services beyond their intended use;
  3. Compromise the security of the Services;
  4. Decompile, reverse engineer, hack, circumvent, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its normal operation;
  5. Send unsolicited spam, advertising, or promotional material;
  6. Use any automated script, robot, spider, crawler, or interface not provided by use to access the Services or export data;
  7. Logging in, or attempting to login as other users or use, or attempt to use, other user accounts without authorization;
  8. Bypass, circumvent, or reverse engineer technical and security safeguards;
  9. Engage in harassing, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct;
  10. Violate the privacy of other users;
  11. Infringe any trademark, trade secret, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property of any party;
  12. Develop third party applications that interface with our Services or users without our written consent;
  13. Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
  14. Encourage or promote actions that violate these Terms.
Account Security
You accept all responsibility and risk for any activity that occurs on your account.  You are responsible for making sure that you maintain a secret and secure password.  You agree that you will not share your password with others or do anything to jeopardize the security of your account.  You agree that SyntaxLAMP is not responsible for any actions made by you or other users, including through a security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services or any portion, feature, or set of features, at any time without notice.
Data Charges
You understand and accept that you are responsible for all data charges you incur by using our Services. 
The Services and SyntaxLAMP content are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.  We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the Services will be always be secure or error-free or that the Services will always function without delays, disruptions, or imperfections.  You agree that we are not liable for inaccessible or inoperable Services should it happen for any reason, including, without limitation: equipment malfunctions; periodic maintenance procedures or repairs, which we or Internet Service Providers may undertake from time to time; or causes beyond our control including, without limitation: interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, delays or failures due to Internet Service Providers, hostile network attacks, network congestion, or other failures.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SyntaxLAMP, our employees, shareholders, officers, licensors, and contractors from and against all complaints, charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to your use of the Services, and content you post, upload, use, store, or transmit through the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of the rights of another, or your violation of any statutes, laws, rules, codes, or regulations.
Except where prohibitied by law, SyntaxLAMP or SyntaxLAMP's employees, shareholders, officers, licensors, and contracts, will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, any materials made available, the conduct of other users of the Services, even if SyntaxLAMP has been advised to the possibility of such damages.  You assume total responsibility for your use of the Services.  Your only remedy against SyntaxLAMP for dissatisfaction with the Services or any content is to stop using the Services.  If, notwithstanding these Terms, SyntaxLAMP is found liable to you for any damage or loss arising out of the use of our Services, SyntaxLAMP's liability shall not exceed $1.00.
In the event of litigation between you and SyntaxLAMP, you agree the venue is the 4th Judicial District, in and for the County of Missoula, State of Montana, United States of America.  These Terms will be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the United States of America.
We will provided limited support to users made available by email or SyntaxLAMP chat.  We can not warranty or guarantee a timely response to any inquiries.
If any part of this Agreement is hereafter held to be void, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining portion or provisions will not be affected hereby.
Complete Agreement
These Terms supersede all prior understandings regarding the same and represent the complete agreement between you and SyntaxLAMP.  We may change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion.  If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by posting notice on our Services or updating the Date of Last Revision above.  Your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptable of the revised Terms.  If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
