Game Title: Please give the full title of the game in correct grammar, punctuation and capitalization. Please do not include quotation marks, apostrophes or slashes.

First Letter: This is the first letter of the Game's Title. If the name of the game is Star Wars, then the first letter would be S. If the name was The Warriors, the first letter would be W.

System: This is the console of gaming system this game is found on. Granted some games are found on more than one system, only one can be chosen, because games for different consoles are often released on different dates, and are different in several ways, so completely different reviews are appropriate.

Developer: This is the company that developed or created the game. Some games have multiple companies for production, just give one that seems to be the most important for the game's development.  
ESRB Rating: This is the rating given by the ESRB to games to show what ages can handle the content of the game. The rating is generally shown on the packaging of the game (usually the back of the packaging).

Style: This is the style of game, or type, the game is. If the game doesn't fit the categories apporpriately, then choose 'Mixed.'
Online: This is to show if the game's connection to the online world. Some games don't have any internet play, while some have Online play, and LAN, while others have just either Online or LAN.

Display Image: This is required. You must upload a screen shot, the cover of the game, or any significat picture of the game. The image must be in the .jpg format.
